1. 2024 – 2026

   Head of OSS

   • Led the multi-business-unit Order-to-Activation (O2A) transformation into orchestrated, catalog-driven BSS/OSS service delivery, with a roadmap from legacy fulfilment to automated, orchestrated service delivery.
   • Defined the target Lead-to-Cash and Trouble-to-Resolve architecture with Enterprise Architecture, together with the target operating model and COTS adoption.
   • Designed and governed the architecture patterns for order capture, decomposition, service orchestration and resource activation, standardising them across business units.
   • Took part in a 12-month RFP and vendor selection with several internationally recognised BSS/OSS COTS vendors — capability mapping, reviews and PoCs.
   • Primary domain authority for O2A: transformation workstreams, backlog prioritisation and cross-business-unit alignment of fulfilment processes and architecture.

Nordic operator spanning B2B data communications, IT operations and infrastructure — including the integration that followed the TDC merger. Twelve years across Norway and Sweden, from test environments and IT operations to leading BSS/OSS transformation.

1. 2022 – 2024

   Technical Project Manager — BSS/OSS TransformationTelia Sweden

   • Owned the OSS replacement for fixed B2B datacom services in Sweden: a new Ericsson and Cisco NSO, catalog- and TMF-driven Order-to-Activation value chain.
   • Led a ~20-person cross-functional delivery across Agile Release Trains — architecture, development, DevOps, testing and Scrum — working with the CIO and programme leadership on milestones, dependencies, risks, governance and SteerCo reporting.
   • Worked hands-on across Ericsson Adaptive Inventory, EOC and ECM and Cisco NSO.
   • Delivered catalog and TMF-based activation across L3VPN, L2VPN, DMVPN, SD-WAN, fixed wireless and Business Internet (FTTB), including redundancy and protection variants.
   • Oversaw the VxRail / Kubernetes test environment, DevOps knowledge transfer, DevSecOps and shift-left testing, through rollout, go-live and hypercare.
2. 2018 – 2022

   Technical Project Manager — M&A / OSS TransformationTelia Norway

   • Led the B2B OSS replacement through the Telia/TDC merger: a greenfield BSS/OSS transformation and migration for around 4,000 enterprise customers, on Ericsson and Cisco target solutions.
   • Ran the RFI/RFP, vendor selection, workshops and PoCs, then the rollout.
   • Introduced catalog modelling for 80+ products, BPMN orchestration, event-driven integration on ActiveMQ and TMF APIs, with SOAP/REST for activation and ITSM and Swagger for documentation and testing.
   • Directed a ~30-person delivery across Agile Release Trains, vendors and technical environments — data migration, testing, training and go-live — under SteerCo governance.
3. 2016 – 2018

   Technical Project Manager — AWS Hybrid Cloud RolloutTelia Norway

   • Delivered Telia's first hybrid cloud solution on AWS, one of its first major cloud initiatives, after securing the business case and budget with the Group CIO and Head of Enterprise Architecture.
   • Created and managed the phased migration plan, from proof of concept to full-service migrations.
   • Led the redundant private fibre connectivity between Telia's data centres and AWS Frankfurt and Dublin (Direct Connect, via CenturyLink / Lumen).
   • Established the AWS Landing Zone and cloud operating model — multi-account architecture, VPC, IAM, security guardrails and hybrid connectivity — managing two external AWS consultants.
   • Ran the migration workshops, governance, risk management, stakeholder reporting and AWS training for operational readiness.
4. 2015 – 2016

   Technical Project Manager — E2E Monitoring & ObservabilityTelia Norway

   • Led the implementation of Telia's first end-to-end monitoring and observability platform across four brands (Splunk, Splunk ITSI, Nagios, BMC TrueSight).
   • Covered applications, databases, infrastructure, network, BSS/OSS and external vendors — moving Telia from reactive to proactive monitoring.
   • Led a five-person technical team from solution evaluation to rollout and operationalisation.
5. 2014 – 2018

   Head of IT Operations & Service AssuranceTelia Norway

   • Responsible for the operation of the BSS/OSS technology and services behind four brands — front-end channels, billing and the mobile and fixed provisioning systems — for availability and customer satisfaction.
   • Led the IT operations, infrastructure and DevOps engineers of the Tools & IT Infrastructure unit.
   • Kept operations compliant with PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and GDPR (including DPIAs), with lifecycle and CMDB governance.
   • Delivered infrastructure consolidation and data-centre migrations across data-centre and hybrid-cloud infrastructure.

M-Pesa mobile payments in Kenya and Mozambique — a platform whose availability depended directly on the underlying data network — and branded content services across Vodafone markets.

   Technical Delivery Manager, M-Pesa Kenya

   • Technical delivery for the 25-million-subscriber rollout of M-Pesa in Kenya, and for Mozambique.
   • Scaled the mobile payments platform through modernised infrastructure, expansion of the underlying MPLS network and an evolved core network architecture.
   • Coordinated the infrastructure and network teams in India and Kenya to increase capacity for the platform's continued growth and availability.
2. 2009 – 2010

   Operations & Deployment Specialist

   • Operations and deployment of the Vodafone 360 branded music service across Italy, Greece and Ireland (mobile web, WAP, UMTS).
