The BSS/OSS Academy brings together the models, patterns and perspectives I have developed through years of working in telecom transformation — turning experience into something that can be explored, challenged and shared.

I built this vendor-neutral learning platform to explain how modern telecom architecture actually works. It captures the concepts I work with every day, so business, IT and vendor teams can start from the same picture of the problem.

It takes BSS/OSS from first principles through to transformation strategy, uses TM Forum SID, eTOM and ODA as a common language, and reaches into AI in telecom and the infrastructure behind it.
